1. Return Window & Eligibility

• General Return Period: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order for standard consumer rights, and up to 30 days for regional orders.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Exclusions: Personal care items, beauty masks, or intimate lifestyle products that have been unsealed, used, or worn cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@zaranest.com with your order number and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or defective. Once your return request is approved:

• We will guide you through the return shipping procedure based on your delivery location.

• Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Mada, or PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.

4. International Orders & Fees

• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any applicable local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are non-refundable.
